Orders are printed and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners.
This helps us keep costs low and offer more designs.

3 When will my order ship?

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time:
• USA: 2–5 business days
• Other countries: 5–15 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships 📦

4 How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track Order page in our menu.
Or check the shipping email sent after dispatch.

5 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size- or preference-based reasons.

If your order has not gone into production yet, we may be able to help.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

7 My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us with:

✔ The packaging

We will replace it at no cost to you.
